My Routine
Weekday Mornings
Up an’ at ‘em at 5:30 am to do my exercise DVD. This way, I’m battling my weakness of collapsing on the couch when I get home from work. I eat a banana and a scrambled egg and drink some milk to give me a boost before I start the workout.
Evenings
Come home from work and do yoga DVD. It’s something that I enjoy doing that doesn’t leave me exhausted, so I feel like doing it.
Weekends
Continue with workout on one of those days and do yoga on both days. I just won’t be getting up at 5:30 am!
